I have completed my intensive outpatient therapy.

Well, I finally have been released from outpatient therapy at the hospital. The program was intensive and I learn so much about myself and various mental illnesses. I will try to share what I have learned through this blog. Today is Sunday and I am rather tired from the week's work. I will be blogging in much more detail soon. Let me just get my rest.
